Three brands, real numbers, and the system I built after them.

I ran growth at APMEX and helped take it from $980M to $2.3B in three years.

I built BMP Tuning from $3.8M to $7.4M, and ran content and paid ads for Ironman 4x4, with SEO and CRO guidance, on the way to $15M in ecommerce. Then I spent thousands of hours building the AI system that runs my businesses now. Today I train AI Ad Operators: marketers who direct while AI executes.

I have been building online businesses since 1999.

My first website went live in 1999, for my family’s blinds business. Customers configured and paid online, and the order went straight to the manufacturer, who built it and shipped it. No inventory. I was the designer and the front-end developer.

Since then: $15B in sales across my own brands and leadership roles, APMEX included. 1,200+ ad accounts run. $230M+ in career media spend, and that is the conservative count. The four Shopify stores I own or operate have done $99.7M in lifetime sales across 648,000+ orders.

Away from the screen I build cars. I learned to weld so I could finish a truck the way I saw it. It is the same habit as the businesses: see the end state, learn the missing skill, build it, then make it go faster.

The businesses I run now.

Four, each with its own job.

The methodology was proven at enterprise scale before I built the tools.

I spent years building the growth operating system at APMEX — taking it from $980M to $2.3B in three years. That work ran with a team of 50+. The complexity was real, but so was the methodology behind it: goals that traced to outcomes, measurement reconciled against actual closes, execution aligned to a Cascade.

The lesson from APMEX was that the methodology was the durable thing — not the headcount, not the tools, not the budget. The system I built afterwards is that same thinking, minus the fifty people. The infrastructure does what the team used to do.

BMP Tuning

I run it inside my own brand before I run it anywhere else.

18%to31%

Gross margin

BMP Tuning is a DTC brand in the automotive accessories vertical. I used DRYVN to take revenue from $3.8M to $7.4M and move gross margin from 18% to 31%. That improvement came from measurement corrected to actual closed revenue, a Cascade aligned to real goals, and execution running every day against validated targets.

The team is six people. Not fifty. The same system I teach.

$15M

Ecommerce revenue, 2023

Ironman 4x4 is an off-road accessories brand that launched its ecommerce store on Shopify Plus in 2019. My part was the content and the paid ads, Google and Meta, with SEO and CRO guidance alongside. Ecommerce revenue reached $15M by 2023. No shortcuts, no viral moment — structured paid acquisition, SEO, and conversion compounding over four years. The brand and the team are theirs.

The system came after the results, not before.

DRYVN is the AI harness and marketing platform I own and built, thousands of hours of it, because I wanted the enterprise method to run without the enterprise headcount. It is not a course written after watching someone else sell one. It runs my brands today.

When someone gets a result with it, the credit goes to the platform, the teaching and the skill packs — not to me doing the work for them. That is the whole point of teaching it.
