Proof

The fleet runs real businesses, mine and my clients’.

Most people teaching AI have a course. I have stores. These are the live Shopify admins of four businesses I own or operate today, with agents working inside them every day — drafting, analyzing and queuing the work, behind an approval gate.

Lifetime sales through stores I own or operate today

648,000+ orders across 4 Shopify stores that are trading right now, with the fleet working inside them. Read from the admin. First-party, not attributed.

$195M

In reconciled sales across connected businesses

Attributed marketing across connected businesses, year to date 2026. A deliberate floor, not a ceiling — it holds as the number grows.

Two different measures, kept apart on purpose: the stores are money through tills I own or operate, the reconciled figure is sales attributed to marketing I run for other people. Both understate the total.

Built and sold companies, ran the growth side of others, and drove revenue at a scale most operators never see. The AI came later — it is how I keep doing this work without a department behind me.

Uncropped, with the date still on them. If you run a Shopify store you already know this view, which is the point — you can check what you are looking at rather than take my word for a number I typed.

And the money I spend that isn’t mine.

Client ad accounts, reported by vertical rather than by name. The two below are current accounts the fleet works inside, shown as examples, not a tally of everything I have run. Every figure in them comes out of the client’s own data warehouse, not a platform screenshot — which is the difference between what a channel claims and what actually landed.

4x4 and off-road outfitter$2.39M34,422$20.1M
Marine dealership$1.52M26,756Leads only

Shown per account rather than blended, because the two do not measure the same thing. The outfitter books ecommerce revenue against its ads. The dealership closes in a DMS that is not wired to the ad platform, so what it books are qualified leads — its sales revenue is real but not yet attributable, so its value reads leads only.

Take one with you

The skill that stopped me optimizing for ROAS.

Ads to revenue to gross profit. It tells you which spend creates profitable revenue after margin and refund drag, and which spend only creates top-line sales. Most people never run the second half of that.

A real skill, generalised from the version running against a live Shopify store. Not a PDF, not a checklist — the procedure itself, versioned, ready to install.

I’ll email you the skill and your library link.

What it’s like on the other side of it.

Text message from David: We had a record month in August. Biggest sales (and profit) month in the history of the company! It was for a joint effort and everyone's contribution made it happen, including yours!

Handwritten note from Elyse: You've taught me so much in such a short period of time. Thank you for believing in me and fostering my learning. I've enjoyed getting to know you as a leader, coworker, and as a friend. I hope our paths cross again.
